Friday, January 16th

3:00 PM - Hotel Check-in

Check-in for external attendees at Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront, shuttle to conference venue provided.

6:00 PM - Conference Check In, Networking Social, and Sponsorships Night

Kick off the conference by checking in, and receiving your delegate bag and tag. Enjoy a casual networking social with refreshments where you can meet other attendees from across the country and explore sponsor booths at your own pace. It’s a relaxed opportunity to connect and discover what’s in store for the event.

8:45 PM - Panel Discussion

Join an engaging panel discussion featuring four renowned experts exploring the intersections of healthcare, health equity, and innovation.

10:00 PM - Event Concludes

The Research Poster Award winners will be announced at this time, and monetary prizes will be awarded. Celebrate the outstanding work of our presenters as we recognize national excellence in research.

6:15 PM - Break

Shuttle service to be provided for external attendees back to Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront at this time.

7:00 PM - Gala and Banquet

End the day at the Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront with our annual gala. Dress to impress and enjoy a delicious banquet in a refined setting. Take time to mingle and celebrate the conference in an evening of great food, conversation, and connection.
