CUCOH 2017 Schedule

3:00 PM - Hotel Check In

Delegates that are coming from other schools will be able to check in to the Holiday Inn at this time. Rooms will have 2 double beds and will be shared between four delegates.

6:30 PM - Registration

Initial Delegate Registration for the Conference will occur at the entrance of the BioSciences Complex. Delegates will pick up their name-tags and lanyards at this time.

7:00 PM - Wine & Cheese Social

Brief social where delegates can mingle with their fellow delegates as well as speakers that will be presenting in the coming days.

9:30 PM - Keynote #1

Farrah Khan will be presenting her Keynote Address on "Gender Based Violence & Health" in the BioSciences Auditorium

9:00 AM - Registration/Breakfast

Last minute registration for Delegates that arrived late will be done at this time. A Continental Breakfast will also be served in the BioSciences Atrium.

9:30 AM - Keynote #2

Dr. Odette Laneuville will be presenting her Keynote Address on "Effects of Microgravity on the Body" in the BioSciences Auditorium

10:45 AM - Experiences (Block A)

Delegates will attend the experience listed on their name-tag:

11:45 AM - Lunch / Research Competition

Lunch will be served in the BioScience Complex Atrium. Delegates should refer to their name tag to determine which line to stand in for their boxed lunch. Once they have their food, they are able to attend our research competition.

3:30 PM - Info Fair

Delegates will be able to check out a variety of external and internal bodies that are involved in the Healthcare field or take a break to talk over the day with their fellow delegates.

4:30 PM - Experiences (Block C)

Delegates will attend the experience listed on their name-tag:

5:30 PM - Break

Delegates will be given a chance to go back to where they are staying to get ready for the banquet at Four Points.

7:00 PM - Banquet Check-In

Delegates will head to Four Points hotel to check-in and take photos with their fellow delegates all decked out in-front of the CUCOH banner.

7:30 PM - Banquet

Delegates will get a chance to eat dinner and chat with their fellow delegates

8:30 PM - Panel Discussion

Delegates will enjoy a panel discussion from industry professionals on a to be determined topic after they finish their meals

9:30 PM - Break

Delegates will head back to where they are staying and get ready for a night out!

10:30 PM - CUCOH x Ale House

Delegates will dance the night away with the rest of the CUCOH delegates at Alehouse and Canteen.

8:00 AM - Hotel Checkout

Delegates that are coming from other schools will be able to checkout of the Holiday Inn at this time. Delegates should bring their bags as we will have a place to store them for the rest of the conference.

9:00 AM - Breakfast

A Continental Breakfast will be served in the BioSciences Atrium.

9:30 AM - Keynote #3

Dr. Brian Goldman will be presenting his Keynote Address on "Empathy & Mental Health" in the BioSciences Auditorium

10:45 AM - Experiences (Block D)

Rewards for the Research Competition will be handed out

3:45 PM - Closing Ceremony
